My blogging resolution for 2013 is to get more involved in some of the foodie challenges out there. Hopefully if will force me to try out some new ideas.
Excellent idea, looking forward to seeing what you come up with for all the challenges this month. I've really enjoyed doing them as it pushes you to be more creative or to actually make that recipe you've been meaning to do for a while. This is partly why I set up my own challenge so I could learn some new techniques and hopefully inspire others as well.
I am hosting Turquoise Lemons' No Waste Food Challenge with a theme of mashed potatoes, this month. How do you use up your leftover mashed potatoes? It would be lovely to have you participate. :) http://tangolikeraindrop.blogspot.co.uk/2013/01/no-waste-food-challenge-mashed-potatoes.html
I have added your challenge to the list but this one would be really difficult for me as my hubby is a 'human hoover'. I never seem to have any left overs.

ReplyDeleteThanks Jen - I tried two recipes today and they both failed so feeling a bit flat. Will keep trying.
